We are in a portal of great change and transition. Not only is the physical world around us changing, but our own physical and non-physical selves are changing too.

In days gone by, we had elders who held space for us and guided us through these portals of great change. Now we must come together to ensure we are supported, strong, and embodied through this grand transition. I have been initiated by some beautiful medicine holders in the Andes of Peru, and I bring these teachings to you.

You have felt it - and you see it - the world is not what it used to be! We change every day, and so too does the world around us. I see people every day who feel lost, scared, and unsure of what it is they are experiencing, and I am here to tell you that you are not going mad - you are not crazy - you are remembering! You are remembering who you came here to be before the world told you what to become. In these sessions, we will delve into a guided sound bath meditation designed to anchor your light back into your body so you don’t feel so lost, dissociated, and fragmented. There will be time to discuss what is showing up for each of us if you feel called to share. As we work together, you should start feeling more embodied, connected, stable, and WHOLE.

This group is for everyone, regardless of the stage you are in. Maybe you have experienced divorce, a change of livelihood, fertility issues, menopause, nervous system irregularities, and mental health issues, or those who are simply looking to grow and invest in themselves during this time. I invite you all.
