Alyson can be hired to talk with your school about wild edible and Medicinal Plants. Grades Prep- Grade 6 can also benefit from a book reading from Alyson’s Herbal Adventures Series of Books. Older grades can take a more hands-on approach to foraging and plant identification.
Meditation and Mindfulness Youth Program
Targeted toward older youth groups, this workshop is designed to allow them to slip into a state of relaxation and to let the worries and pressures of the outside world slip away. Immersing them in the sounds of 432Hz crystal bowls to recalibrate, rest and rejuvenate.
Kids Wild Weed walks and Plant Identification
Incoporating plant indetification, wild weed walks help to educate our kids on the useful plants that grow all around us. Wild foods, and herbal first aid is abundant, we just need to know where to look!
